Dragon Fruit
Here in China we have discovered many new fruits and vegetables. We
actually had dragon fruit for the first time in Thailand, but can find
it here as well. We find its name quite fitting. It's very easy to peel, has a texture close to a kiwi, but it's pretty bland with a mild sweetness.

Wuhan Citizen's Home
You may not have guessed by the name, but we had to go here to register for our residency cards. Later on campus someone was taking a poll from foreigners asking if they should change the name of this building, and what we think of when we hear "citizen's home". Either way, it is a pretty impressive building.
Our Local Open Air Market
Here is where we have been buying most of our veggies for the week.
Some very fresh chicken:
We don't think these were for sale.

Wuhan Library
Around the city of Wuhan you can find these kinds of "vending machines", which allow you to check out and return books from many different places in the city. We've seen them around a lot and even at a metro station.
